JDL996 Platform Agreement

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JDL996 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jdl996.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JDL996 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

JDL996 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and select other jurisdictions. Our services include but are not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including football markets for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, and UFC events), virtual games, and promotional programmes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with JDL996.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the JDL996 website accessible at jdl996.cam, including all associated mobile applications, software, games, and related services.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform to access and use the services provided.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by JDL996 subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from any Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means the value of any bonus credited to a Player's Account that is subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by JDL996 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and the source of funds used on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where the use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted under applicable local law.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the policies and procedures JDL996 follows to prevent the Platform from being used to facilitate financial crimes.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the JDL996 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JDL996 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when using the Platform and are not operating as a professional gambler in any way that may constitute unlawful commercial activity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of JDL996, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly approved in writing by JDL996.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, nor have you had an Account suspended or terminated by JDL996 for breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the JDL996 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. JDL996 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate Accounts and will take immediate action upon discovery, including permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information during the registration process.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. JDL996 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify JDL996 immediately via our live support channel if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. JDL996 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4.3 KYC Verification

JDL996 is required to conduct KYC verification for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC or passport), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — documentation relating to the source of funds deposited. Players who do not complete KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds from their Accounts.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

JDL996 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian-localised payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency assets (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. JDL996 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. JDL996 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any such funds identified will be returned and the relevant Account subjected to review.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method but JDL996 targets same-day processing for verified Gold VIP-tier and above Accounts. JDL996 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

JDL996 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day at its discretion, particularly where a withdrawal is linked to a bonus-derived balance. Players will be notified of applicable limits within their Account dashboard.

5.3 Currency

The primary operating currency of the JDL996 Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and promotional values are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JDL996 offers a range of bonus programmes to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed Account registration and identity verification.
• Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before Wagering Requirements are satisfied will be forfeited, along with any associated winnings.
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.
• Games contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• JDL996 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn whilst a Player is in the process of satisfying its Wagering Requirements, any uncompleted wagering activity will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") is prohibited. JDL996 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

7Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on the JDL996 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently audited and disclosed for all slot games to provide Players with full transparency.

JDL996 shall not be liable for interruptions to gameplay arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be void and any wager placed during that round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. No claims for anticipated winnings arising from interrupted rounds will be entertained.

Decisions made by JDL996 regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the right of the Player to raise a formal complaint through the support channel.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JDL996 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating Live Casino bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's code or game logic to generate profits not arising from normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering has commenced on the deposited funds.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening communication directed at JDL996 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

JDL996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all Account balances (Real Money and Bonus) where fraudulent activity or material breach is confirmed. JDL996 may also report such activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the JDL996 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game assets, text, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JDL996 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JDL996.

10Responsible Gambling

JDL996 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending on the Platform.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or automatic session time limits to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through our live support channel.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts are available to remind Players of the time spent and funds wagered during a session.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JDL996 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

JDL996's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JDL996 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JDL996 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

12Account Suspension & Termination

JDL996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance in the Account (net of any applicable Bonus Balance not yet satisfying Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

JDL996 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss of access to the Platform, loss of winnings, or any other damages arising from a lawful Account suspension or termination made in accordance with these Terms.

13Amendments to These Terms

JDL996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms entered into force.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JDL996 is incorporated and operates. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact JDL996's customer support to resolve any dispute informally. JDL996 will endeavour to address all legitimate Player complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
